My Adult Ballet Classes are not committed to any syllabus. Attention is focused on toning and strengthening the core muscles of the stomach and back whilst learning the fundamentals of classical ballet technique. I also offer pure ballet classes for adults with a particular emphasis on a safe and posture enhancing methodology.
